The University consoling center sits on the corner and typically goes unnoticed but , the center services serval different purposes for Ole Miss. 

The Consoling center offers a variety of services. From group therapy, to substance classes and individual counseling. The staff with the center are full time consolers and some are graduates students.

When you enter the center it is a very private environment. You fill out a survey that ask you a series of questions , the center will place with someone based on the way you respond to the questions. 

The University has a very strict policy of confidentiality with in center, Unless the information shared is harmful to you or those around you , the the information stays with in the counseling center.

“I have gained a lot from the counseling center , it has really opened up my eyes to be seen by a diffrent light.” says freshmen Selina Askew.

The center is open Monday- Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. you can walk in and make an appointment or call.
